Sparkling Wine with fine perlage, has a floral aroma and fruity fragrance with notes of green apple and white flowers. The taste is harmonious, well structured and dry. Excellent as an aperitif and cocktails, also recommended in first courses of fish and shellfish or with delicate meat sauces. It also matches well with cheese not too tasty.

Frizzante con caratteristiche aromatiche fruttate, con note di mela, pera e agrumi e sentori di fiori bianchi, glicine, acacia e gelsomino. Dall’equilibrata nota acida è di gusto asciutto, morbido e vellutato, adatto e gradito in tutte le occasioni. La bottiglia si differenzia per l’elegante spago legato a mano intorno al collo della bottiglia e sopra il tappo.
